Spitalfields Loft Apartment.

Our NYC-based clients commissioned us to completely renovate this East London loft ahead of their relocation across the pond.

Set within a former Victorian sugar mill in Spitalfields, East London, the space—with its exposed brickwork and Crittall-style windows—was full of potential but had become tired after years as a long-term rental. It lacked the character and considered detail our clients were seeking.

The design brief called for incorporating elements of Art Deco alongside nature-inspired touches, with a nod to the clients' familiar Manhattan style, all through a distinctly London lens. We brought this vision to life through statement wallcoverings, rich textures, and natural materials—designed to offer purposeful contrast to the building’s original industrial architecture.
